What time can I check in?
Check-in for your stay in a Monumental Holiday home or Nature loft® is possible between 15:00 and 18:00 hours at the reception. Check-in for a camping pitch is possible from 13:00 hours at the reception.
Is a cot available?
For each holiday home and each Natuurloft®, you can easily add a high chair or cot with mattress during your booking. Bed linen for the cot should be brought by yourself.
Can I charge my electric car with you?
Yes, there are 4 charging stations for electric cars in the car park of Moerslag Estate. Here you can charge with almost all cards. Please note! This is not a fast charger.
Can I have food or sandwiches delivered or takeaway?
Yes, you can. Read our suggestions here. You will also receive information during check-in.
Are pets allowed?
In the following accommodations, 1 (well-behaved) pet is allowed against payment: Mirabelle, Eijsdener Klumpke, Bigarreau Napoleon, Natuurloft® Lounge and Natuurloft® Rest. Pets (on a leash) are allowed on the campsite, for a fee.
What does a towel pack consist of?
A towel pack consists of 1 large and 1 small bath towel (clickable as an additional option when booking in the booking module). Also, when 1 or more towel packs are ordered, 1 guest towel, 1 tea towel and bath mats for the bathrooms are supplied. We recommend at least 1 towel pack per person.
How much wood do I need to fire up the hot tub?
We recommend about 3 bags of firewood for 1 kindle at an outside temperature of 20 degrees or less and 2 bags for 1 kindle at 20 degrees or more. We also recommend 1 kindling pack (kindling and firelighters). If you use the hot tub one more time the following day, the water will still be warm (cover it with the lid) and about 1 bag of firewood will be sufficient for a 2nd firing. You can click on firewood and kindling as an additional option in the booking module.
How much wood do I need to fire up the pizza oven?
We recommend 1 bag of firewood per kindle. We also recommend 1 kindling pack (kindling and firelighters).
Do I use the hot tub privately?
In our Nature lofts® you have your own hot tub. In our monumental Holiday Homes (Mirabelle, Eijsdener Klumpke, Charneux Légipont and Big Napoleon) and in Loft Victoria, you can use our outdoor facilities (hot tub and/or pizza oven and outdoor kitchen) in the shared park garden. Prior to your booking, you can reserve these outdoor facilities once upon availability (please email with 3 preferred dates). Hence, the use is always private. For more information on this:

What time do I check out when staying in a Monumental Holiday home or Nature loft®?
Check-out no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to respect the check-out time. Our team needs enough time to get the holiday home ready again for the next guests.
What time can I arrive if I have booked a pitch at the campsite?
Arrival is possible from 13:00 hours, but no later than 21:00 hours. We would like to be thoughtful of our guests and not disturb their evening rest. You may report to the reception desk. Our campsite manager Hans will come to you and inform you about your stay at the campsite.
What time should I leave at the latest if I have booked a camping pitch?
You must leave the pitch by 12 noon at the latest.
Is it possible to rent bicycles or E-bikes?
We do not rent bicycles or E-bikes ourselves, but below you will find links to nearby suppliers.

Is there a bicycle shed?
You can make free use of the bike shed under the woodshed. The bicycle shed is not locked. Charging points for E-Bikes are available.
