Renowned architect Jo Janssen from Maastricht was inspired by the Sea Ranch in California (where the buildings merge completely with the beauty of the landscape and are extremely climate-resistant) and the principle of Wabi Sabi, a holistic Japanese philosophy of life. Translated into the design and architecture of the Nature Lofts®, this means asymmetrical patterns, minimalism, working with different structures and shapes. With respect for nature and its aging processes. The Natuurlofts® consist of a uniquely designed timber-frame construction, clad in beautiful ageing wood, applied in a beautiful structure with zinc roof that also ages beautifully over time. Because cooking, lounging, sleeping, resting and bathing are all in one space, you experience a sea of space and become even more at one with nature.

Ecologically neutral with air conditioning

Solar panels, heat pump boilers and heat pumps provide hot water, heating and cooling. So you have a cosy warmth in winter and air conditioning in summer. In short, an eco-lodge where you spend the night surrounded by yet . luxury and comfort yetenvironmentally friendly.
