Job description
As cooperating foreman/foreman, you are ultimately responsible for the quality of the cleaning and facilities on Landgoed Moerslag in addition to the regular cleaning activities. You will manage the cleaning process, instruct employees and identify, optimise, implement and report areas for improvement. You will also continuously monitor the quality (final checks) of the cleaning process. In agreement, you suggest areas for improvement. You will check the overall condition of the buildings, inventory, etc., identify defects and resolve them by mutual agreement. Stock control of the most common items is also part of your duties. You are willing to work occasional telephone duty. Extension of hours is possible in the future.
